Mr. Dulcidio Coelho also presented the story mapping and scenario generator from MOBILISE system for Greater Manchester case study area. Assoc. Prof. Sr. Dr. Noralfishah Sulaiman and Mr. Dulcidio Coelho had an intensified discussion on how they can create a scenario generator for Malaysia’s case study area, especially in flood disasters.
